  • Preparation:

Cut the parsley and mint finely. Add honey, olive oil, lemon zest, salt and pepper in bowl. Mix these ingredients. Heat a large pan on stove. Cook each side for about 5 minutes. The chops will be ideally crisp and brown on outside, and slightly pink on inside. Once chops are cooked, put 2 chops on each plate and top with mint sauce. Enjoy the delicious lamb chops with mouthwatering mint sauce.

  • Ingredients:

Wild caught cod 1 LB., coconut oil 2 cups, almond flour 1 cup, 2 eggs, coconut milk 1/2 cup, and sea salt 1 table spoon.

  • Preparation:

Combine eggs, almond flour, coconut milk and sea salt in blender or food processor. Mix well. Then cut the cod in to stripes. Turn on the stove and heat coconut oil. Batter cod and then fry until it is golden brown. Enjoy with chips!

  1. Chicken Tikka Masala:
  • Ingredients:

Diced Tomato 15 ounce, 1 chopped onion, Minced garlic 1 tablespoon, Tomato paste 2 table spoons, ground coriander 1 teaspoon, cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon, black pepper and kosher salt, Garam Masala 1 table spoon (Indian spice), 8 skinless chicken thighs, English cucumber 1/2 Cup, Cilantro Leaves 1/4 Cup, Lemon Juice 1 Table spoon, Coconut Cream 1 Cup, Olive Oil 1 Table spoon, 14oz Can Lite Coconut Milk,

 

  • Preparation:

Brown the chicken thighs in olive oil, in oven. Toss cucumber, cilantro and lemon juice in small bowl. Add some pepper and salt. After that cover and put in refrigerator for about 8 hours. Remove the chicken from oven; add garlic, onion, sauté until the onion becomes translucent. After that add the chicken back to skillet, then add diced tomatoes and the juice, garam masala, coriander, cinnamon, pepper salt and the coconut milk. Add the tomato paste after incorporating all items from previous step, stir well. Take a simmer and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes until the chicken gets cooked and becomes tender. Before you serve, stir coconut cream in to the chicken tikka masala.
